In 2018, people in my social circle started calling me “Braun-will Hunting.” At the time, I was the youngest person on the planet to earn both the Project Management Professional (PMP) and the Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications.

I accomplished these feats with Success Sheets and a lot of hard work.

Success Sheets is a 6-week (42-day) planner-workbook I designed to help people increase their performance. It includes prompts, timelines, and a daily self-assessment to help people strategize their lives and be more deliberate about goal setting, personal performance, and overall accountability.

This workbook isn’t just some cookie-cutter creation that I slapped together overnight. It is an intricately designed resource backed by science and over a decade of my own experience and performance in everything from leadership to coaching in sales, business, the military, and beyond.

“Success demands singleness of purpose. You need to be doing fewer things for more effect instead of doing more things with side effects. It is those who concentrate on but one thing at a time who advance in this world.” — Gary Keller, Billionaire

If you want extraordinary results, you need a few key ingredients:

  • A task — a clear, concise, and compelling vision of your future
  • A condition — a specific result
  • A standard — a definite level of quality for your desired attainment
  • A time hack — daily action in the direction of your desire
  • A tool — Success Sheets to keep yourself accountable every day

A Task:

First, you must know the future you desire. This manifests through a clear, concise, and compelling image of the future. Something that not only feeds your wellbeing but also gives you purpose as you attempt to design the world in the direction of your desire. Clarity and focus are important here as you imagine all the possibilities for yourself.

Do you remember the conversation between Alice and the cat in Wonderland? Here’s what transpired:

“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?” Said Alice.
“That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,” said the Cat.
“I don’t much care where,” said Alice.
“Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,” said the Cat.

If we don’t know or don’t care where we are going, it doesn’t matter which way we go. We can haphazardly wander any path along the way because we don’t have a specific aim or purpose. We become reactive to the circumstances of our lives rather than creating them.

Creating our own circumstances means our vision is clear. It means we can conceptualize the future we desire. When we can do this, we can act accordingly.

Success Sheets helps organize a compelling future.

A Condition:

The road map for the future requires a specific result. The result should be tangible enough that it could be ordered from a kiosk. Don’t make the outcome of your desires vague or obscure. Make it real-life and tangible. Elon Musk wants to die on Mars. That’s something specific — something we could order off a menu.

Make the result as specific as possible.

Knowing the result, we can backward plan, reverse engineer, or even emulate the steps needed to accomplish any task. Not only does this make our future vision more realistic, but it also helps us identify what needs to be quantifiable.

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” -Lao Tzu

This quote is simple, yet it is one of the most profound quotes ever written. It illustrates, very simply, that great things emerge from humble beginnings and a definiteness of purpose.

By knowing the destination, we can plan accordingly. Success Sheets provides a no-nonsense framework for planning a specific result and working toward its achievement.

A Standard:

Every goal has a minimum standard of quality. Standards deal with quality assurance, and they help us define the scope of what we want to accomplish. The quality of our desired specific result will determine the standards for the achievement of subgoals.

Big goals are always a compilation of subgoals. We didn’t just stand the Empire State Building or haphazardly draw the Golden Gate Bridge. There were standards we adhered to. A major source of quality for our lives is directly linked to what we pursue. Success requires the pursuit of our highest conceivable standard — the zenith of our ambitions.

Our mission then is to reduce our big goals into sustainable and repeatable processes to create the inertia and vitality we need to achieve the ideal we have set for our life. Our “ideal” is the standard purported by a compelling future — health and wellness in all quadrants of our life.

A Time Hack:

All goals should have deadlines. Some goals take longer than others, but all outcomes need to have a specified end. The time hack provides psychological value. It makes an end known, thus gives credence to the goals themselves. Time hacks are about actively planning time into our daily routines to grow closer with our ideals.

A Tool:

Success Sheets helps ordinary people strive for extraordinary results. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you are on your journey right now. You can start. Today. Right now — this very moment.

“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is right now.” — Theodore Roosevelt

Success Sheets is a 2-in-1 day workbook that helps people win the day every day!

Benefits:

STAY MORE FOCUSED.
INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY.
BUILD MORE EFFECTIVE HABITS.
PRIORITIZE YOUR LIFE, LIBERTY, AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
MEASURE WHAT MATTERS.
ACCELERATE YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH.

Conclusion

Success Sheets will help you organize tasks, conditions, and standards into your daily routines. The more definite the vision of your future is, the greater your motivation and energy will be. According to top research, only 3% of Americans have written goals. Less than that, spend time rewriting and imagining their goals daily. By dedicating just 10 minutes a day to Success Sheets could mean the difference between 10x results and average.
